Arbor Oil balances seasonality with its complementary Total Tree Care, business that was started in 1957. Through this strong financial competency, Arbor Oil / Total Tree Care builds 12-month customer relationships without having to rely on low margin commodity fuel products and services to bolster off-peak seasonality. According to the ICPA, the value of this competency is reinforced by the fact that during 2007 twelve Connecticut oil dealers were sold to other dealers whose combined companies found short term savings through overhead consolidation. Arbor Oil balances its overhead costs across two complementary businesses over a 12 month period.

When they founded Arbor Oil as a heating oil dealer and service provider in 1994, Luke and Tom Williams and Bruce Owen were dedicated to providing the best possible value through quality service at an affordable price.
